Dr Osman fitted me into a clinic after my appointments were mistakenly cancelled by the hospital. As a cancer patient I was very anxious about my situation and potential delays. I was extremely grateful to be seen and much reassured that `I hadn't been lost in a faceless system. Dr Osman and his team have been extremely helpful and are a credit to the NHS and I hope that the government in their wisdom decide to recognise this.

Very nice, friendly and professional. I had a slight issue with my wire insertion before my operation and Mr Osman sorted it and made sure I had my operation on the same day as planned. He was also very reassuring on my follow up appointment. I have every confidence in him and would like to thank him for all his care.
